Wanted: 2 way cable operated PTO 6 bolt

I am in desperate need of this for my '65 D-500 Suck up truck that I am building. I will take a lever operated one if that is all I can get but would prefer the cable. Please e-mail if you have one. The truck has a four speed with it mounted on the passenger side.
