You should have no trouble getting these parts from a good auto parts store. Dodge dealers would probably just laugh.
If you do find out about dual master conversion, I would appreciate the info too. It's a scary thought that there's no backup system in these monsters. The parking brake would just self-destruct if it were used to stop the rig on a hill.
