Even if it were, which I highly doubt, I wouldn't recommend it. It's way too light duty, and lacks a low 1st gear and a PTO access. The options for an overdrive (other than larger tires and 4.89s) are 5 speed, Ranger overdrive and Dennan OD on transfer case rear output.
