Do you have plans to install larger tires? The truck can be gotten with 245 or 265/75R16s. The 245s are 30.5" tall and the 265s 31.7". 255/85R16s are 33.1"; 305/75R16s are 34.0". Michelin 9.00R16 XZLs are 36.9". And so on.
The difference between 3.55 and 4.10 will make a 35.3" tire with 4.10s equivalent to 3.55s and 245/75R16s. It will make the 9.00R16 (36.6" tire) with 4.10s equivalent to the 265/75R16 and 3.55s.
So if you're planning oversized tires I'd definitely get 4.10s; you don't need to think about 4.56s till you get to the 38" size range.
I did test drive a 6spd HO Cummins recently with 3.55s and thought it had a surplus of power.
Tires are an essential term in the gearing equation.
