I'm glad I'm not in the market for a frame. This one starts at $500, but has the stainless steel regulator tape still attached. He probably knows how difficult it is to get the screws out.
As for me, I don't know that I would buy a frame that has rust through. I know they can be fixed, but it seems better to wait for one that is solid even if you have to pay more.
