On Amazon. They have a $100 off coupon right now, but remember the price is each. I had the GF order one on her account so I paid about $150 each (price has gone up a little since I ordered mine).
I think the same design is used by others also, so without the coupon they may be cheaper from another company.
The picture is correct now, not a huge fan of the big chrome strip in the middle, but when I bought mine the photos didn't show that.
If you search google for them you'll find reviews in many different forums and sites. In my opinion you can get better reflectors for the H4s, but to get the same light output you really need to run them through a relay to handle the energy demand.
The size and energy useage of the LEDs in these is crazy considering their output.
