I have one of the factory-type pullers. If anyone needs it, I'm willing to loan it out for the cost of postage. For an installer, I found a cheap set of bearing race installers at Harbor Freight - one of them was just the right size. The set is made of aluminum so it's just soft enough to not damage the bearing.
