Hey, I'm still in your shoes, just many years and $$$ down that road.

As Paul stated the drive-shaft isn't the big issue. Yes, the mounting will have to change, probably a new transmission mount, the Dodge unit mounts to the bell housing.

You wouldn't have to go with hanging peddles but yes, either a new linkage setup or for most a conversion to hydraulic, either under-floor or hanging, which meeans either leaving the brakes or moving them too.

The t-case and e-brake levers bolt to the trans, so that would also need to be figured out. Paul has a system for the NV4500 if you can get the conversion piece, but for others you'd be on your own.

Same with the PTO which is discussed more below.

The starter is going to move and change most likely, which means some re-wiring from the unit on the 46, assuming it doesn't create other clearance issues.

After that it's mostly little stuff. On my conversion the shift lever position was just slightly different than stock, so I had to modify the floor pan, which means modifying the boots covering them, and naturally a custom shiter shaft, etc. It's amazing how this stuff snowballs.

Still, good luck! It's all do-able, there's just no weekend swap kit available, it's all somewhat custom.
