Yes, the NV-4500 PTO port is standard 8 bolt.
A Chelsea Series 352, either single direction or bi-directional will work fine. HOWEVER....
you need the proper gears on the PTO to match to the NV-4500. The PTO gears can be changed on 15 minutes, its a snap, no special tools at all. If you go this route, email me and I can give you the name and phone for a excellent drive line shop that deals with Chelsea PTO's. They have supplied 3 pr the 352's for me. Youwill have to call and give them NV_4500 info that is on a plate usually attached to a PTO cover bolt. They will also want you to pull that cover and count the teeth on the drive gear. Armed with that info you can convert a Chelsea 8 bolt PTO to NV-4500 and many other trannies.

Yes, is some installs, the cummins blocks a straight shot for a PTO drive shaft. I dont monkey with it, convert to Hydraulic and all problems are flattened.
