Clueless, I read an article on that truck, he pretty much had to do what I did, move the cab back. Look at the framerail from the side pic, you'll see the chunk of rail sectioned in in front of the hanger. Also notice the cab sits behind the fenders. I've also seen pics of the extended hood they fabbed. Not knocking it, his truck runs and mine is junk scattered around the yard, but there's a boatload of fab in there.
