To keep my trailer level I put a jack stand under the rear
of my trailer. I agree with the slipper springs they are much better. My equalizers wear out about every 160,000
miles. All bolts used on the suspension are greased every
3000 miles. My trailer loads run from 4000 to 8000 lbs
gross. The deck of the trailer is 16ft long. Yes always block the wheels. Have fun.
