The scale is right but those rims in the drawing look wrong.
Details;
the loose split ring on the VC and WC rimes the same, so the diameter is the same.
tyres that came on VCs were not the bar tread type
the centre disc on the VC rim goes in, rather than out ( as in the drawing
VCs were not really based on the one ton civilian - the only visual point of similarity is the wheel and even that is completely different - apart from the loose rim.
Let me see if I can find a VC wheel image to tag on here.
