It needs something the guy that rebuilt the front end knows his business. Dad had everything done under there the truck was never drove much and is truly a survivor but had some parts that were bad just from age and lack of use. Once it is moving it is okay. Power steering is what is needed but hard to find wont to keep it as original as possible.
