In any moving of a vehicle, except for a short haul, I believe its cheaper to have a qualified/insured hauler transport it for you.

I had my PW shipped from Fairfield, Iowa to Northern NY. The cost was 900 some odd dollars. I never could have pulled my trailer for that cost.

Last summer, I pulled my trailer from Northern NY to Southern Pa. On the map it looks like a short ride. But all in all, it required 2 nights on the road. I believe it would have been cheaper to have had a qualified/insured deliver that vehicle.

Consider also, if your hauling a trailer and have mechanical problems on either the tow vehicle or trailer, the repair cost is eaten by you, thus tremendously adding to the cost.
