Its a 4B, no turbo, naturally aspirated. That means much less horse power. Without a CPL, cant tell, but probable a industrial version with a load governed Injection pump.
I sure would not consider this for a PW/WC/M37 conversion. To do it right, there is more than just adding a turbo and the right injection pump.
