I would not touch offshore O/A equipment. Good American equipment is very competitively priced and if you are really on a budget look at the used market. I bought a complete Victor set with bottles, a cart, extra tips, rod, etc., at an estate sale two weeks ago for $50. Passed on a large Harris set without tanks or cart today for $35. My Dad picked up a portable Smith set with lots of extras last year for $35 at a garage sale. Bought my first Victor set about 10 years ago and have about $250 in it including buying tanks and a cart. There is no reason to go offshore when you can match or beat the price with better US made equipment with excellent dealer support.
