If you have a 1950 frame, you must go back to the wood blocks - or have mounts made out of some other material that are exactly the same thickness as the wood mounts. The 1950 and later rubber mounts ARE NOT the same thickness as the wood. The frame changed when the mounts changed, so swapping mounting styles on frames will not work.

It sounds like the rod shop tightened the cab down against the wrong mounts and forced the cab to fit resulting in the door openings getting tweaked from their original shape.

Rod shops know nothing and care very little about Power Wagons.
