that's a personal choice. I have never worried much about the dual reservoir. I would install it if I also had the 67/68 extensions bracket and power brake unit to go along with it. But I wouldn't do it if just keeping it manual. The E brake on the D/W series will stop the truck. Very very well especially in 4 wheel drive. The driveline brake is a far superior design than the later wheel operated ebrakes.
