Yokes and other drive shaft parts are all available separately from Dana/Spicer via your local Power Transmission/ bearing supply.

Plus there are some offset u-joints available. They have two different sized 'caps' to allow mismatchs. One of those, and the yoke off the 435 drive shaft might be all you need.

And while 360/435 sets are available, they are pretty scarce. Don't pass up any D100-W300 set.
