BMW 320i, what's it good for or trade?

Guy offered me said car for free. Body is great, paint is shiny. It doesn't run (says it needs some "air box" that's connected to the computer, which is in the car but not hooked up), has no seats (!?). Should I take it, sell it, scrap it, ? Would happily trade it for an M37 PTO, winch drive shaft and radiator. Heck, I'd trade it for just a radiator. Seems like somebody should want it but I know nothing about BMWs and don't really care to learn.
