If the outer face is good and the pins for the bearings are good I would just clean up the rough spots and run it. You did a partial rebuild on the engine to save money so follow the same theory here.

If you're worried about it add an axle to your wish list and replace it as soon as you find a good cheap replacement, but for the use most of these trucks get that wear is no big deal. Only if you find any of the alignment points are messed up is replacement required. Only you can decide for sure, but I've seen worse inside knuckle wear on trucks in use.
