Since moving to the Phoenix suburbs I have been unable to locate an experienced,reliable (emphasis on reliable) person to help me complete the restoration of my 1947 WDX. It's not for lack of trying as I have used rod shops, Craigslist and friends' recommendations all to no avail. If I ever get this project done, I'm am going to write an expose' about my experiences with sorry mechanics and painters along with their names . My only comfort right now is that I am confident there will be a special place in hell reserved for these s.o.b.'s. On the other hand, I'me sure that everyone who has ever posted on this forum is going to heaven . Any referrals will be greatly appreciated.
