Any NAPA store should have a rebuild kit. It will have the needed parts.

Also try DC who is on this forum. I have gotten one from him.

Do not use the jets and metering rods from the kits as they are smaller. The Carb with the governor uses larger jets. It will cause your truck to run lean. I know as I ran into this problem.
