Not even sure if the FFPWs had ballast resistors, but ever Mopar owner that has an electrical system that uses it has a spare.
It'll "kind-of" start but as soon as you let go of the key/starter it'll sputter and die.
Have you bypassed the ignition switch to see if a hot wire will help?
