I didn't book mark it, but some guys on the net are merging an aftermarket 5-screw universal with the old top cover. They make a bunch of universal ones for after market tanks into various vehicles. But you do need the 73-10 ohms version, Mopar and old Fords, and some AMC and Avanti.

At least the aftermarket got away from wire windings and went to a solid block of resistor material. I thought of using a potentiometer to build my own until somebody pointed me to the aftermarket 5-screw ones.
