It gets under the flap.. I am saying that is what does it . Seeps or even wicks in. A wicking effect. Once in..heat, wind centrifugal force, gravity, Nothing will allow it to get out. Even the nuclear fusion reactor of our star and the resulting constant photon bombardment will not free the H2O and it's resulting solvent effects.
