If you go with a big shipper, they will probably unload and unload your truck at least a couple times. And, the truck may sit in a storage yard waiting for a load to be made up.

If your truck doesn't run or won't start, they will charge you extra for each time they load and unload it. Even a good running FFPW can be temperamental starting when it has been sitting awhile or the driver floods it.

And the final piece of advice, don't pay brokers a fee and don't pay before delivery.
