Leave the project trucks until you know more about Power Wagons. Many of the project trucks get hauled home and never see the light of day again until the next optimistic owner hauls them away.
At least if you buy a decent truck at a decent price you will be able to sell it again when you find out driving 40 miles per hour in a noisy, uncomfortable and unsafe truck is not your cup of tea.
