But I'm old school. What I learned growing up was that if cylinders are not seeping, they are probably getting gummed up- bone dry ones need rebuilds. And masters usually go bad due to internal by-pass, not external leakage.

Master rebuilds are not hard, just put the big fat O-ring in first, and the spring goes in with the sheet metal sieve first. That has a rubber check valve inside, and has to seal against the fat o-ring. Look carefully at the pics. And don't let the lip on the seal get folded over when you stuff it in.

Test drive carefully after any brake work.

The little line is the vent line. To prevent water getting in to all the systems when fording in the M37, everything vents to the air intake. So there is a spider web of vent lines.
