The Gov't to Gov't transfers have been reinstated, and that is because the title to the vehicle remains with the US Gov't. I own about 10 of the 5 ton trucks. Thank goodness, I bought an extra 900 series last time around. BUT, will they come back on us and demand the trucks back ? ?
