Update

Removed manifolds and head again, third time. Started very carefully inspect each part of the engine. This is what I found. There are three head bolts that go thru to the exhaust port, these bolte need some kind of sealer on them, don't know what to use yet. Poured water on top of all cylinders all help well except number three, it leaked about a cup and a half in about 15 minutes, at last check on 3 gave 80 psi. Number 4 which held water well but gave a reading of 20 psi. The valves in this one are leaking. Will remove and relap.
