Obviously the truck wasn't "garaged all of it's life", with those lights up there. Unless it was an 8' door. I have owned PWs with all sorts of cab roof lights and holes where lights or antennae might have been. It's anybody's guess as to why.....
This is a truck I used to own with someone's idea of where not to put a backup/flood light.
