Around here they will crawl under vehicles and saw the cat out of the exhaust to go cash it in. A farmer came into the auto parts store I hang out in and was pissed off deluxe. He had parked his truck on the side of his field and got in the tractor and went out into the field to do work. Came back and fired up his pickup and it was loud. Someone had cut his cat out in the middle of know where while he was out plowing.
They do it in town all the time to parked cars and trucks they can get under.
