must have been there since day one--one rusty piece of steel--will take a better look at it tommorrow to see if it salvageable
be easier to balance the tires without it maybe if you can balance tires on that rim
looks like my tires will pass got three good ones and sending three out to get recaps--the recap folks seal up the checks to some degree apparently
but no tubes or flaps here--gonna have to use
825s i guess
