scary!!

trying to move ahead and start the 236 so i got some decent used oil from the gas station pulled the plug and about a qt. or more of water came out and then the oil came out with no water in it--never seen that before and hope it is not bad news but can that much water accumulate thru condensation or whatever in the bottom of the pan or am i screwed
