I have had several ask me about this and it took awhile to find the info.

Beings it's going to his account, not sure if you can use the Support forms link at PWA, or not?
I would think you could with a notation for what it's for.

Maybe Matt or someone will chime in.

The money's will be used for Vocational Education, and Forestry Projects.
