I flat towed my 58 W300 a few years back with the WDX.
The W300 had a sturdy A frame setup on front. Ran a bolt thru it and WDX drawbar along with a safety chain. Slow careful going about 60 mountain miles. My guess the 58 with huge utility box was at least 1500# heavier.
