wheel cylinder blow out

driving 2 town noticed pedal brake was getting low . when at home seen a large amount of fluuid on the passenger front wheel. what would cause that to happen brakes have less than 5oo mile on reline and cylinders were overhauled. any ideas I havent pulled the whell off yet.junoir copey
