As long time forum readers will remember, Dave and Steve did answer questions that were posted here. I Imagine they are busy enough as they do have a buisiness to run. To me they are stuck between a rock and a hard place. If they answer the questions people accuse this forum of being a commercial for them. If they don't some would say they are snobs and money hungry.
All you have to do call the TOLL FREE number and ask them. That way you'll get a direct answer if it's really critcal to know. I've bought from Dave and met him in person. He's a nice guy who loves these trucks. There are easier ways to make money. I think people should check prices on NOS parts for other 30-60 year old vehicles and see what they are going for. I'm not saying it's a good thing, just time marching on.
