I know of a Few Military vehcile collectors who when driving newer MVS like M-35A2's, Hummveees, CUCVs and M-880s, dont put a liscense plate on them. Here in MI, the Cops love vehicles painted up Cammo. They keep there hair cut short and clean shaven and wear there fatigues...When the drive by, nobody has a Clue that they are Civillians! If they ever do get stopped, the keep the plate in the cab and merely say they forgot to put it on..then while the cop is watching the put it on. But if you are driving around in a MV that perhaps has a turn signal not working right, expecially when there are more than one MV in the convoy, if they dont have plates on them, and the drivers look like military people, the cops pretty much leave them alone. I would not recommend this tho..
