I get a mag called Custom Classic Trucks....and a reader wrote in and ask why there were never any classic 4X4s....the answer was that very few get made. So I thought it would be nice to see this mag feature some classic Dodge Power Wagons. Jim Murdochs (ex Frank Irons) truck came to mind immediately, and a few years ago at the Rally, there were two Power Wagons, one was a Carryall, that had been hotrodded. These were really well done by some commercial place in the South as I recall...I think one of them had a Chrysler engine and the other might have had a Chevy or ??
Does anyone remember the name of the company, or person where these came from? And Jim, and anyone else with a "hot rodded" Power Wagon, please send me your name and address if you'd like me to suggest it to the magaxzine...or contact them directly if your prefer.
