Hi John, The PTO on the C-38711 (second series) transmission out of the 1953 parts truck was made by Arrow Gear Company in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. The model number is not legible on the tag, but it has the numbers 1-RF-1 on the casting if I remember right. The PTO shift lever input is mounted at the bottom and appears it was operated remotely from the front or rear of the truck. I think I have an issue of the PWA with some info on Chelsea PTOs. I'll check.
