The steering column was disconnected and missing some parts when I got the truck, so please excuse my silly questions. I've got a bell coupling and reconnected the steering column to the coupling. There's about a 1/4 in. gap between the bottom of the outer column tube and the end of the bell coupling. Is this normal? The big problem is when I tighen the upper clamp that holds the column to the dash, the bottom part of the tube is very loose. There is a bracket on the floorboard that the tube is supposed to rest against, but there doesn't seem to be anyway to hold the tube against the bracket, it just flops around. Am I missing another bracket or part? Lastly, what size are the hub bearing nuts? Where can I get the right size socket? Sorry for the long post. Thanks in advance, John
