Start at 38degree's TOTAL ADVANCE at about 3000rpms. If its good there fine if not back it off 2 degree's at a shot and see how it works out from there. I wouldnt go more then 38.
Thats standard for the Dodge Dealers nowadays to laugh. I had em pack'n sand one day when I rolled up in my 1974 D200 with a 440 and Dana 60 4.10 truck. They wanted me to trade it in on a new truck and I told them I wouldnt trade them straight across for a new dually, that this old truck would out pull and out run anything on their lot. They just open the door for me now when I go to the parts department.
