rule 1. Personnel not trained cannot work on
rule 2. Must USE CAGE (or other restraing
Device)
rule 3. Follow inflation guidelines for tire
size & load range
rule 4. Inspect wheel & components for rust,
corrosion, cracks, warps, etc. check
against wheel serviceablilty guide.
no pass - no mount
there are other rules but these are the main biggies
or "use your head" or "lose it"
