Second all that, though I'd say buy the cheap HF cabinet and spend all you can on the compressor. You can always replace or upgrade the cabinet later, but the compressor will be far more useful around the shop.
Never once regretting buying my Eaton, and while not as big as Paul's I have yet to push it harder than it can keep up with!
