Thanks, I definitely have enough air, and the product was reduced per the P-sheet with the recommended reducer, so I'd more than likely suspect the gun pressure since I'm the one controlling that (at the gun inlet), and since I'm not always sure what "right" is, it is tricky to figure out when it's not, especially with clear.
By the time I'm done, at least I'll have learned what I shouldn't have done!
