Like this...except I ran out of my "Made In Canada" razors :)
Drag this very, very carefully over the run until it's almost flat before starting in with a sanding block, squeegee & 1500 paper.
If your run is much bigger than that razor...scrub it....sand & re clear it.
Be careful when re-clearing...you still don't want to sand through the clear or it'll show even if you haven't gone through the color.
