We need to start getting a head count for the food for both Fri and Sat night and for the T shirts so please send in you registration and or email me to let me know.
I am also putting out a call for volunteers as we need ticket sellers for the raffle and other events at the rally and as the old timers know the more the merrier so we can have a smooth rally. I know we have some chefs out there for the Friday night feed which is a great way to start off the rally.
Please keep the two spots open next to the cooking area as the caterers will be using those
Saturday nights menu will be:
Slow smoked BBQ Beef Brisket
Grilled Lemon Herb Chicken
Beens and Coleslaw
Corn on the Cob
Dinner Roll, soda ,water, coffee.
Please bring donations for the rally as this is what keeps us going for the next year.
