There was an article on that truck in ATHS Wheels of Time. The article was more about the guy who built it and his inspiration from years of trucking. The article didn't offer much detail of how he built his tribute truck. I'm pretty sure it is not a factory unit. I saw it briefly in Springfield. My guess is that he used later 1.5 ton or equivalent Marmon Herrington parts and stuck them under this pickup. The original 1/2-ton 4x4s are super rare. I'm also guessing that the rims were custom made for this truck, as the donor M-H would likely have had 20" duals with different offset than is seen here. It looked like it retains the heavier truck spring pack. It had big, big springs for a little bitty pickup truck.

If you look in Jim Allen's books, you can see that Ford/M-H did build some similar trucks with even bigger wheels and tires than this fine tribute.
